Refund policy
The online store is responsible for any non-compliance of goods sold to the purchaser regarding the terms and conditions of the contract, or for defects that existed at the time of delivery. This liability lasts for up to two years from the delivery date. During the first six months, defects are presumed to have been present at delivery, unless proven otherwise.
Purchasers should report any defects within two months via email (info@propernutrition.no) or by calling (+4795446683).
The online store is not liable for defects that arise after the goods have been delivered to the purchaser.
If there are defects in the purchased goods for which the online store is responsible, we will either repair or replace the defective items. If neither option is possible, we will refund all payments associated with the sale.
The online store will respond to any consumer complaints in writing.
Dispute Resolution
Any complaints from purchasers regarding the online store should be directed via email or by calling us.
If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, purchasers may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee, which is authorized to handle disputes between consumers and the online store at no cost to the purchaser.
