I am Sol, the founder of Proper Nutrition. My journey toward optimal health has led me to explore a wide range of diets and supplements, but nothing has had as profound an impact on me as incorporating grass-fed organs and meat into my diet and shifting towards more animal-based nutrition. Starting with raw liver and heart, I quickly noticed significant changes in my body. I began to sleep better, experienced increased energy throughout the day, and saw improvements in my skin, hair, and nails.
However, I realized that consuming organ meats in their raw form wasn't practical for everyday life. This insight motivated me to make organ nutrition more accessible and convenient for others.
I developed the idea of freeze-drying organs to preserve their vital nutrients while transforming them into convenient tablets. This process not only allows me to consistently incorporate these nutrient-rich powerhouses into my own diet but also makes it easier for others to do the same. What started as a personal initiative to improve my own health has grown into a mission to share high-quality organ supplements with anyone seeking to achieve similar health goals.
My passion for creating exceptional products has grown stronger as I’ve learned more about the benefits these organs provide. I’m proud to transform the "waste" from livestock into valuable, nourishing products. Supporting Norwegian agriculture and making responsible use of our local resources is central to my mission. Here, amidst the stunning fjords and mountains, our animals are raised in a natural environment, leading healthy lives that truly reflect the heart of Norwegian farming.

PACKAGING
At Proper Nutrition, I prioritize using recyclable materials such as glass, metal, and cardboard for our packaging because I value our Earth—it's the only one we have. My mission is to provide essential, bioavailable natural nutrients in a convenient, user-friendly form.
The amber glass bottles I use are not only environmentally friendly but also provide excellent protection for our supplements by blocking harmful UV light. This helps preserve the potency and integrity of the nutrients over time, ensuring they remain effective. Glass is also fully recyclable and doesn’t leach chemicals into its contents, making it a safe choice for both our customers and the planet. To support our commitment to sustainability, I use metal caps that offer a secure seal and are completely recyclable, further reducing our environmental impact.
