We offer shipping in Europe. The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs, which are displayed next to each shipping method.

For shipments within the European Union, delivery typically occurs within 3-7 business days from the order confirmation date. For shipping within Norway delivery typically takes between 1-5 business days.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving their order, purchasers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. This right does not apply to legal entities.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, products must not be used beyond what is necessary to assess their nature and functionality—similar to how one would evaluate items in a physical store.

If products show signs of use beyond this assessment or are damaged, the online store reserves the right to deduct the amount refunded based on the decrease in value of the goods.

To return products, shoppers must submit a withdrawal declaration to info@propernutrition.no within 14 days of receipt. The cost of returning the products is typically borne by the purchaser, except in cases where the product received is faulty or incorrect.

Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days of the withdrawal declaration, or proof of shipment to the carrier must be provided. When the online store receives the returned products, we will refund all payments made by the purchaser within 14 days.

We reserve the right to withhold refunds until the returned items are received or until proof of return is provided, whichever comes first.

If a purchaser chooses a shipping method that exceeds the cost of the standard shipping offered by the online store, we are not obligated to cover the additional expense.

The online store retains the right to cancel a sale and request the return of goods if the price marked in the online store is significantly lower than the market price due to an error.
